Warwick streamerLX jazzman 4. Help please

Hard to say what can be causing the fuzz. I would think it could be a eq issue. Try some different settings and see if you can't eliminate that first. Mec is generally solid, but anything is possible with electronics. I'm not aware of anyway to adjust the output inside the control cavity, but...

Warwick streamerLX jazzman 4. Help please

I have the same model. As far as I know they are made in Germany. Keep in mind this bass has a hot output. Im not on top of currency rates, but it sounds like a good deal. Its a really sweet instrument, very versatile. Don't worry about the color. I would still buy one if it was pink and had...

A new years post to Warwick!

A special thank you to the fine people at Warwick! I cannot begin to express my gratitude to such a quality product! I am a humble bassist from Bend, Oregon. From the first time I heard a Warwick bass , I knew what a bass was supposed to be and sound like. 2013 will be the year I launched head...

    Streamer Jazzman wood question

I recently purchased a 06 streamer jazzman. I know that the body is a swamp ash back with a flame maple top. There is a thin dark strip between the layers. Is this another wood not mentioned in the specs? Not a big deal to me really, just curious.

Add Active Preamp to Passive PU's?

I put a Bart 2 band into my corvette and love it! I chose it in part because it has a adjustable gain on the preamp, which will allow you to have a hotter output.

    In love with Bartolini

Just dropped the NTBT-918 2 band pre amp with active passive knob into my Warwick Corvette std passive. I can't say enough good things about it. I got to keep the natural tone of the bass, but with a little more punch. Installation was real quick and a easy to follow diagram was good to have. My...

    New to me!

08 Warwick Corvette! I wasn't sure about this one. I have always loved corvettes. My last one was bubbinga with active electronics. I had to part ways with her be because she had a twisted neck. However being on a limited budget I went with this model swamp ash body passive electronics. I...

How do you tell if a Warwick......

Yes, but I have owned both the active bubinga and the passive ash models. I prefer the tone from the ash model myself. I think the price is good. See if you can low ball and see what happens. You won't be disappointed with this bass

    Goodbye corvette

I bought a used corvette from guitar center a couple weeks ago. I really saved for this thing. Made in germany nice woods, just beautiful. Unfortunatley her neck is warped. I thought it could be salvaged, but my local tech said it was a lost cause. I am sure i will find the one someday. I will...
