    Are there any punk bands with good musicianship?

    I'll vote for The Vandals. (Josh Freese, their drummer, is mainly who I'm thinking about; he has also been in NIN, G'N'R, A Perfect Circle, and others.)

    I created an account just so I could say, holy crap. I've spent a few hours reading this whole thread and explaining things to my girlfriend, and she thinks your bass is absolutely gorgeous, as do I. Bravo.
