Thanks definitely will go with one 4 ohm cab. Been looking for some eden stuff lately, and while some of the cabinets are reasonably well priced, they weight a ton. I guess it will be between Ampgeg svt 410 hlf and something similar from GK.

That is a nice suggestion, but I will play mostly small to medium sized bars, so one cabinet is what I am looking for. I would like to have an option of adding another cab, but at the same time there is a fear that one cab of 8 ohms would give me too small power (250w)

Hello all! So I saved some money and have the plan to upgrade my equipment by the end of the year. At my local music shop there is a great deal on the ashdown cabinets and heads. As far as head is concerned, currently the choice is little giant 1000 or 350 W, but I have a lot of trouble...

One more question can you recommend me a good pedal board. I will need to get that too. My pedal board will consist of the following: Tech 21 bass di, boss odb-3, boss eq, possibly boss synth and a pedal. BTW I saw a good deal od GK backline 115 II (175w) are they worth the money?
