Orange Terror Bass 500 Owners - What pedals are you using?

Big Muff!! So many variants. I like anything Russian on the bass.

New Gig, Need New Rig (Advice Needed)

As an update, I found a decent deal on an Orange Terror Bass 500 and it rips. I don't have a cab, yet. Just playing it through the PA. It's shaking the whole room and not even turned up halfway. And yeah, as mentioned, we are running in ears. So, I don't need a crazy large cab or anything...

New Gig, Need New Rig (Advice Needed)

Ok team, I returned the HD500, mainly due to it not having an extension cab option. Also, it wasn't quite loud enough for my needs. I exchanged for an Ampeg RB210. It "seems" a bit louder than the HD500. But, I'm running it at almost 75% up the volume knob. If this one doesn't work out, I'm...

    Ampeg Rocket Bass Combos

So folks are having luck with the Portaflex cabs with the RB combos? I just got the RB210 and want to unlock the full 500w. Is there a specific ampeg cab that will fit evenly under the RB210? Also, show pics of your RB210 combos with your extension cabs!!!!

New Gig, Need New Rig (Advice Needed)

Yes, you are correct it turns out! It does not have an external cab option. I have my first opportunity to use it on Tuesday. It will be tested at a decently loud volume. It the HD500 doesn't perform, it'll go back and I'll look at a more powerful option. So, the main need for a "loud enough...

New Gig, Need New Rig (Advice Needed)

So after a few days of driving around and trying as many amps as I could, I settled on the Hartke HD500. To my ears, it's the tone I liked the best. I plan on getting a 2x10 extension cab to run with it, when needed. But it seems it will be enough on it's own to cover the majority of our gigs...

    Orange Terror Bass cabinet selection?

So using two OBC 1x12's would be louder than one OB115? I suppose you'd be getting the full 500w with the two 1x12s?

    Orange Terror Bass cabinet selection?

    So.... the question: 2 OB112's or 1 OBC115?

    Orange Terror Bass cabinet selection?

This is relevant to my interests! I'm eyeing a Terror Bass, at the moment. The problem of "which cab" is something I'm contemplating. So many great options, it seems. There's an Orange OBC 212 around me. I could order a new Orange 1x15? I'm not sure the single Orange 1x12 would be enough...

New Gig, Need New Rig (Advice Needed)

I guess I should mention that I do own a Kemper and a Tonex. I use those with my regular guitar playing. I suppose another option is to buy a power amp and a good cab. BUT...... that kinda defeats the purpose of the simple grab and go option that I'm looking for. I could just use the Tonex...

New Gig, Need New Rig (Advice Needed)

The most we'd be out is probably two weeks at a time. No crazy month+ tours or anything. We'd travel in a Van w/trailer. So plenty of space to take whatever. But, a 8x10 would be way overkill. I could probably use a 4x10. That would be as big as I'd go. But a 2x10 or 1x15 is ideal. Easy load...

New Gig, Need New Rig (Advice Needed)

Not really a schtick. Just a 4 piece band with a female lead singer. No costumes or anything. I suppose the style is modern pop/rock with more of a rock leaning instrumentation.

New Gig, Need New Rig (Advice Needed)

Always running through a PA and in ears. Amp will be DI'd out front and Cab will be for stage volume / or in case in ears go down.

New Gig, Need New Rig (Advice Needed)

Hey Team! I just accepted a new gig for a regional touring cover band. Mostly playing around the south eastern coast. It's a wide variety of rock/pop punk/country/modern pop. But the songs are all played with more of a "rock" style. I already have a bass. It's a Mark Hoppus signature that I've...
