    They are all wired the right way in series. I've got the enclosure going into the local repair shop sson to see if they can fathom out what is wrong.

    No nothing at all. Even when i put a PP3 battery across the positive and negative lead you can see that its the top right cone that moves more.

    I've checked everything including the multimeter on the speakers etc and there doesn't appear to be anything wrong. Everything else seems to be okay.

    Yes ..... the cone is probably more prominent than the rest. It also vibrates a bit more than the rest as well
