The bottom looks pretty rounded and bulgy as though it got Rolled around at some point....
Both have the capability to bother the neighbors, if you don't keep an eye(or ear?) on the volume knob. And at the volumes you'll likely use, both...

After seeing this, the Stingray is just so.."chubby" looking....
