You can't imagine how is better practice on metronome instead the drum machine. With metronome your tempo skill improve drastically, you'll be able to play on any kind/style of drums groove..

I think I read on Enrico Galetta news that he's going to release soon a big book to learn or refine several techniques and I think muting will be one of them..

Give a check to "Adrenalin Jam" on "Guitar Addiction vol.1" the bass player developed a particular slap technique that is perfect match with the Rock-Hard Rock grooves!

Definitely agree, Slap It is the bible of the slap bass, is great to develop the technique and learn a groove dictionary to be played with slap.

I agree with some of the previous post, today you can find anything on the web, definitions, lessons etc etc BUT, understand theory and HOW TO APPLY in the "real" bass life is another planet. Find a teacher that as the key and the way and the passion, to teach this path it's not easy but is...
