    What kind of strings do you use?

    D'Addario EXL170-5 5-String Nickel Wound Bass Guitar Strings on all my basses. it's the perfect sound for fingerstyle/slap and does not tear up your fingertips like steel.

    d'addario nickels med-light. i've used them for many decades and they last very long..
