Reach out to LaBella through the website. They sent me a replacement D string (for a set that I got from Amazon). I wonder if they are storing them poorly or if their automation processes are damaging the strings.

That’s the 2x8. It works great indoors but if I want to use it on even low volume outdoor gigs, I usually add a 1x12.
