Unfortunately any person with half a brain did not need a Vanderbilt study to inform them of this. I have to be able to hear all iem mixes coming from my console and when i solo into some of them I solo right back out because they are so loud.

Pete has said it best. The XLS model numbers are very confusing because they are not a true model of what the amp can do. The Crown XTI and the DSI series although a bit more costly are a better choice as far as being able to identify what they are on sight. Unfortunately, if you run your...
