This arrived yesterday! Very happy with it so far. It’ll take time to explore the pickup options (I ended up getting the 6-way switch) but I think I’m in love.

Me :) but that's because I wasn't sure which strings to get on my first build so Jake suggested the rounds. My next build will have flats.

It's funny how self-conscious I was when I kept making changes, like I was the only person who had ever done so... and then I look at the length of your guys' email chains and I'm like "oh... I don't even know the half of it."

I guess it depends on the combo - whenever I play my MW2 I find myself soloing either the Guild Bisonic at the Neck or B90 at the bridge. The two together always sounds a bit wonky to me for some reason, a bit bloated.

Jake said it'll work! He also said it'd be my last chance to make changes as they're going to start working on my bass very soon. My final question, if you don't mind: Lazen, or regular B90? I'm 90% leaning towards the Lazen since it gives me tonal options galore (I don't like to combine...

Yup, that's the one! Looking to do this configuration but with the Lazen in place of the standard B90. Also wondering if I should do a Soapbar cover instead of the usual Dogear in the hopes of making the front of the bass look a bit less busy. Any thoughts?
