I finally received the high-res files several days and emails after my order, so all well at the end. Interesting the email message above, I have not received it despite the pledge I made in 2016.

I backed this project on pledge music years ago, and ended up buying again the digital version of the album. The music is great and it really shows Jeff's passion for Jack; the customer service not so much: been waiting for over ten days for the hi-res files which I am still to receive, nobody...

Thank you, yes I thank the fret is just slightly higher than the other ones. I found a decent compromise that lets me play it without any issue, but one day I should take it to a luthier and smooth it properly.
