There's no sentimental attachment for me but I like what I like (pre-Fender SWR's), so I have kept them in good repair and they have served me well for over 25 years. I'll keep lugging them around for as long as I can.
Vintage SWR Redhead in good condition if you can find one. Great tone, flexible. decent power rating, you can add an extension cab if more volume is required, it has removable casters. Did I mention GREAT TONE?

I have a SWR Redhead from 1989 & a Baby Blue from 1998 that are still in great working condition. My main basses are from the early to mid 80's. The newest piece of equipment I have is an Ibanez fretless that's about years old. Take care of your stuff and it will take care of you.
