    1983 Peavey Patriot input

    I pulled the patriot out a few days ago to show a friend and it had flatwound strings on it and for sitting there for almost 18 years didnt sound bad. Definately needs new strings and some neck work. Piece of my history.....the matching guitar dad had he gave to a young relative bout a year ago...

    I still have my Peavey patriot. Pops bought it for me brand new in or around 1985. Hasnt been played in years needs some neck work.Nonetheless Great sounding bass. Used it for lots of backyard and small club venues right down to Church fiestas. The bass now has a homemade (custom) pickguard...
