    Current Setup:
I have a lot of stuff, but use the following in cover bands or other situations:
Fender Jazz basses--Roadworn and Custom Shop
Ampeg SVT7 PRO or most often a used (made in USA) Eden WT550
    Bergantino cabs, 12s or custom
2x12 cab Dr. Bass Cab bought used
    Speak-on cables wherever possible
    Eventide PitchFactor
    Sadowsky Outboard Preamp DI
    Diamond compressor
Genz Shuttle 6.0 head as a backup (what a portable, great backup to have)
I have Senheiser in-ears as well, and those changed everything for the better.
    Gigs and Ensembles:
    Cover bands
    Previously Owned Gear:
    Too much to list
    G.A.S. List:
    Fender Jazz basses 70s
    Influences and Teachers:
The overly obvious: Jamerson, Jaco, Clarke, Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson (brilliant guitarist), 1,000 other bassists, but also lately Mark Hill. I really love Mark's tasteful playing and tone (Nashville player). Rush's tenacity is amazing--they did not get where they are today without some luck and struggling, but they did it on their own. There is so much talent out there in bassists and musicians. I am influenced by everything and everyone. Above all, I love bassists whom are MELODIC.
