    Tech21, I am running the k&k trinity 2 channel. I was under the impression that just an adapter will not work between the k&k and an amp or pa system, that I needed a direct box? Mostlybass, Thanks, thats the input I need to hear, whats good for the money.

    I was wanting to purchace a cheap 20.00 direct box so I can take my 1/4 inch plug from my k&k pre amp, and plug it into a mic cord, for when there are no other place to plug my bass into while on stage, to feed into the house PA. Am I going to waist my money, or should I get a better one...

    Double Bass Installing pickup help please.

    I am installing my k&k pickup in my bridge but sides of the pickup itself are not parallel to each other. I assume this is normal, so do I make my slot to fit my pickup, or do I make my opening square. The end opposite the cable is the widest part, if that makes sense. Thanks.

    Last week there was an 800$ engelhart on louisville craiglist, and a 1300$ kay out of the one in cinci. I hope I'm not steering you wrong, but these 2 caught my eye. Greg Where are you located. I'm in madison. Lots of bluegrass around here.
