I have one of those Fender SKB molded cases. I don't like those very much, but it keeps it protected at least. I will get one of the good Fender cases some day! I play a Ken Smith 5 so the old P doesn't get much use any more. Just fun to have on my wall!

Ha! Yes it is Pet! I kinda like it that it's a hybrid. Gives it character. The sound is awesome with the Bartonlis. I just took a chance with those and very glad I did. Very thick punchy bass now. A new bridge would help too I'm sure.

WOW! Even the tuners are from a different year! Well, since the neck is a 1970, they must have either bought or stole a 1972 or higher set of tuners and put those on the neck when they did the refinish. The serial number plate shows it is dated at 1975 so they must have switched the pickups...
