I'm really poopie with 5-string, but this gives me an itch that needs to be scratched. Luckily, it doesn't seem to be sold in Europe. Man, I dig that bass. Maybe a satin finish... Meanwhile, I think the Bronco is the perfect beast for me. A t least for now. It seems to make everything easier...

I really like the configurator and the tons of choice on all the basses. Tried one once, played great but I wasn't too happy about the finish. Shame, because I really want to like the brand.

What is a Sleeper bass really...

Squier HM. Bought it for ***** and giggles, cost was around the price of a new Harley Benton. It really is a pretty good bass, a keeper for sure.

It is a Squier HM Bass, built in 1989 in Korea. I haven't found much about it on the big bad web, but apparently Fender took a crack at the "heavy metal" market, with a Squier line of guitars and basses. A couple of superstrats with the Jackson/Ibanez like headstock, more 80's hairmetal looking...

Darth Vader (and the general public) finds my lack of skill disturbing. Doesn't really matter, I find joy in owning and playing a couple of nice basses. If I ever have some "silly money", I think I will buy a De Gier.
