What Precision bass pickup do I have?

Question about a Precision pickup.... I bought a pickup listed as Fender Original'63 (and other parts to build a bass), but apparently that there’s no such thing. As far as I can tell Fender made Orginial'62s and CS’62s and PureVintage'63s, Is there really an Original'63? The 62s have a...

    Schecter with a broken wire.

No, there was never a ground plate, and it has never been installed. I bought it to install in my P-bass about 40 years ago but never did the installation.

No longer available Mid-70's, maple, Fender Precision bass neck, frets removed

That sounds reasonable. I'll adjust the title accordingly....if I can figure out how.

No longer available Mid-70's, maple, Fender Precision bass neck, frets removed

I don't know the history of this neck. I recently purchased it from a flipper who said he was selling what he'd cleaned out of a house he was remodelling. I thought about building a bass, but I've decided not to. I've never seen a maple fretless Fender neck with stripes. These appear to be...

    Schecter with a broken wire.

Can someone please identify this Schecter from the late 70s...maybe very early 80s....and tell me where the broken wire is supposed to be attached. I think the loose end (green dot) should be on the post closest to the Schecter tag (orange dot.) My next question is how they are supposed to be...

Most iconic hard rock/metal amp & speaker?

    Iconic? Acoustic 270....and maybe a C-V B-36 folded horn.

    What's your take on flats?

Light D'Addario's Half Rounds on a '73 P-bass with Dimarzio pickup.

    Worst Neckdive You've Experienced

Very old Gibson Thunderbird...someone had "repaired" a broken headstock by gluing and slapping a piece of steel on either side of the head. Nice bass otherwise.
