Thank you! I agree. I was scared when I went to see it the first time that it might have that "school instrument" look to it. It is much darker. I really love it.

My first upright is a 2005 Shen SB80. I am the third owner. It was very well cared for, yet played like crazy. It has a great sound. I was really lucky when I found this! I really love it. It's the buckeye colored one on the left. The one on the right is my new project. It's a 1940 Kay S-9.
