Also sounds like maybe a mental illness. I was diagnosed in my 20's with bi-polar disorder. My family just thought I was an outta control teen. I too was all into drugs and boys. I totally acted out on impulse. I would totally talk to her about seeing someone. If someone would of taken the time...
