This is Florida and no HOA. He is planning on putting one along his property lines.

I talked to him Saturday and he said it’s not on their plans to tear it down. He was chill about it. It’s a crooked fence, best way to explain is that it goes from my property line to a few ft inside my property.

Ok, I got survey back and fence is on my property. Don’t know how to proceed with neighbor.

I talked to his wife. I first will get the survey done and go from there. I have only dealt with the guy twice in the 10 years he’s been my neighbor and he’s a loose cannon from what I can tell.
