    Double Bass VARNISH MATTERS

    I just received a big ugly gash next to the left F hole, from a music stand during practice. What would the best way to hide, cover, or fix this on my M1B Kay? This is a great thread to learn how these old peieces were finished. Thanks in advance. Ed Brockman
