    Carol Kaye is amazing, and she gives lessons via skype, I've taken a lesson and I learned very useful and inspiring stuff, her books are awesome too. I highly recommend her, great prices as well!

    Benavent changed my life as a bassist, now after years of friendship and many lessons with him I see how deep his style can go... Truly infinite. Love the guy!

    Of course, but IMO it is very different playing/composing a challenging piece, in which case I can see why technique comes handy, but actually competing, I have nothing against it, but I do have mixed feelings. P.S. I love bass techniques so don't get me wrong :)
