    Ashdown speaker replacement. How to do it?

    I recently bought a used Ashdown EB12-EVO II and when I turn it up past 1/2 volume the speaker begins to distort, I contacted Ashdown and they said they believe the speaker needs to be replaced and suggested am Eminence Beta 12. Anyone know how to go about actually putting a speaker into this amp?
