Hats off again to EBMM! Recall they verified the beetle infestation and gave me a 60 day turnaround for the replacement. I just received the re-build…in 3 weeks! Now to reinstall my tort guard and ready to rock it!

Here’s the response after inspection. Thank you EBMM. Replacement on the way back to me in 60 days.

So EB sent me a shipping ticket... I was out of town for a bit, but they received it today. I'll let y'all know how they reespond

Yes, crazy! Necks are obviously roasted separately, so likely not from the neck.

I’ve reached out to EBMM. All of my others are cased and not affected. Interesting thought though, could the case contsruction have contained the insects? The case has never left my home, I use gig bags to tote to shows.
