I really do not want to attempt switching a right handed to a left. I am going to take a look at the ones available at my local music shop just to get a sense of their size and how they sound - then I will see which of them have a lefty model available to order..any other recommendations welcomed

New member from Ontario Canada. I have a Fender Jazz bass that I have been learning on (I play percussion with my current band) I came here to get some opinions on acoustic and shorty or smaller basses that would be more suitable to some of the venues that I play

Hey there I currently have a Fender Jazz Bass. I go to a regular acoustic Irish/Folk session (play my Bodhran) but I would like to get more practice playing this folk music and of course the electric bass just does suit that venue. Does anyone have any recommendations for a decent left handed...
