Found a few supplys at a reasonable price that say they remove the hum and have great reviews so I'm going to look into them and grab a few new patch cables aswell while I'm at it, will take your advice on that and leave the new pedals for another time. Cheers!

How pricy are we talking here? I'm a bit short on money at the moment so if I'm unable to get an isolated power supply then how effective dya reckon the noise reduction pedal and the normal power supply would be?

The lead singer in my band has his own psu that he uses for 3 pedals of his own but there are more free ports on the power supply so I just plug into those. Is there any way to limit that possibility, or would I be better off investing into a noise reduction pedal before I go for any new ones?
