    Well its not a lot louder..... You need 10x the wattage to get double the SPL (volume) (an extra 10db) so double the volume of the PF500 would require a PF5000 LOL .... the 800 is only 1.6x the power of the 500 and therefore will be just less than a 2db increase in SPL.... which is barely...
