EHX Grand Canyon - Holy &*^%$&!

You'll be able to read the full procedure soon once we get the manual online. But there's no separate computer editor or anything, it's just a couple presses of the "EXP MODE" button to create the setting.

EHX Grand Canyon - Holy &*^%$&!

Friggin LOL. But you should've seen some of the earlier design concepts... Yes - you can assign any knob or multiple to the expression pedal, including the mini knobs on the right side. You just can't control the Delay Type knob (the black one with no pointer), since that's actually an encoder...

EHX Bass Soul Food - Died ?

It looks like you're in the Continental USA, in which case it's currently a $25 repair fee, which includes the repair and shipment back to you. So you've just gotta get it here and include $25, and we'll take care of it from there. Just email [email protected] with a description and everything before...

EHX Bass Soul Food - Died ?

Hey Ari, if you've had your BSF for less than a year, it's covered under warranty, so we'd repair it for no charge. If it's older than that, we've got a pretty small repair charge (which is usually less than most shops' bench fee). Shoot an email to [email protected] and they can take care of you...

    EHX Canyon Delay & Looper

It's always buffered bypass, no matter where the tails switch is set. I don't know the wrong info got out there about any true bypass - I think some store or website made that up!

    NPD: Electro-Harmomix Bass Soul Food

What I'm saying is that the BSF does have the dual pot you're talking about (which is the DRIVE knob on the pedal), plus a separate BLEND knob. A picture is worth a thousand words, as they say: Inside the blue box above is the normal Soul Food circuit - which includes the dual potentiometer and...

    NPD: Electro-Harmomix Bass Soul Food

Hey, this isn't entirely accurate. The Bass Soul Food design doesn't separate the two sections of the dual pot in the gain section. The BLEND knob on the BSF is an entirely separate dry/effect blend circuit. When you turn BLEND to 100% dry, you're getting a clean, un-effected signal that's only...

NAM 2017: Electro-Harmonix Operation Overlord Stereo Distortion

No, sorry. That's a great idea, I might look into it in the future, but in general it's easier to just add a dry-out jack to a mono pedal (see: nanoPOG, etc.) None of those, actually... it was more a open-ended design process. I started with some JFET amplifier stages that worked pretty well...

NAM 2017: Electro-Harmonix Operation Overlord Stereo Distortion

Correct. In mono-in/stereo-out it splits your signal whether you're in effect mode or bypass mode.

NAM 2017: Electro-Harmonix Operation Overlord Stereo Distortion

We practice our bass faces, right @mannysilvers ? The last part of the guitar demo video will have a little bit of bass. Yeah, lots of things you can do with the stereo. Works with another stereo effect (I've been messing around with it after stereo chorus), or by itself it can send one signal...

    Why is EHX so inexpensive?

Oh for sure, I totally know what you mean! I don't actually have any knowledge of the financials here other than my own pay stub. But yeah, you're right that we're not doing much engineering development on the Big Muff anymore unless some part goes out of production or something. But I think...

    Why is EHX so inexpensive?

Whoa whoa whoa, as proven by @meatwad, we can't add flames as a feature: But you could always go mod a pedal to include them I suppose... Man, there are Invalid Link Removed... I wouldn't be surprised if we could actually sell a few of those cigars, to pass on the "creative aura" or something...

    Why is EHX so inexpensive?

You hear that @mannysilvers ? We're incidental to this operation... I'll go tell Mike we're taking the rest of the month off.:sleep::sleep::sleep::sleep::sleep:

    New EHX Bass Soul Food

There's no difference between the two versions. Same PCBs, different paint jobs on the enclosures. The 69/76 numbers refer to our UPC for tracking the different enclosures.
