Just an update, I did get an email reply from Roz answering my questions. I placed an order and a few hours later received another email from Roz acknowledging the order. So all is good. Looking forward to receiving this item and giving it a try.

Still wondering about this. Did you guys ever hear anything from them? Receive your ordered product? Their website is amazingly lame but I've heard great things about the product and just would like to hear from them (to know they are still in business) before I send them money. Thanks.

I'm also curious about this. Haven't ordered yet but have sent a couple of emails with questions and haven't heard a word. It's been a week. Anyone know?
