Well I had the gain cranked to 7 and the volume was at 6. I had to keep the blend at 1 or else I wouldn't be able to hear anything. What settings do you recommend?

So I got the head on Friday and took it to rehearsal on Saturday. LOVE the Vintage channel, might keep it for that alone. But when I switch over to the Modern channel, the volume decreases dramatically as I increase the Blend. Could it be a bad tube?
