Yeah alright I was being a little biased based on my experience. I love the idea of the wishbass those basses are great I'm just not sure how well I could finish one.

Alright i'll check one out. I just say that because I've only come in contact with Squier Fretlesses since i've just started to look and those weren't that great.

I've been thinking it over and I've come to the conclusion that the next bass I wish to own should be a fretless. I don't have a job so i was just wondering if anyone knew of any brand of bass that sells good quality fretless basses for a pretty low price. I would prefer it not to be Squier...

You're right! maybe the neck was for a lance helix and was put on a different body?

That's actually a great idea. Unluckily it's in for repairs right now so i'll have to check that when I get it back.

Apparently it was a bass made my New York Bass Works (that's just what thought I heard). The website did not show any model that looked the same.

Yes that's true. I don't have much information about it though. I bought it at a Guitar Center and we don't have the receipt for it so there aren't many ways that i can figure it out.

Hello. I have owned this 5-string bass for about 2 years now and I bought it used. The worst thing about it is that the previous owner painted over the brand name of the bass. If anyone knows what brand this bass is please notify me right away. I'm very eager to figure it out.
