I have a dozen basses. They are hanging on the walls in my basement studio. I don't play as much as I used to but art is in the eye of the beholder. Beautiful decoration and cheaper than a Monet.

If you like your current configuration, try to find a SWR Henry 8x8. Fantastic bottom. These are the most underrated bottoms around. Not quite an Ampeg Classic but a huge sound in any venue. I have 2 of these and when I play an outdoor concert I have everything I need +. 99% of the time 1 is...

I bought 2 of these in the 80's. I have had tons of other basses, but will never sell these. They are nice playing guitars and are the work horses of my collection.
