Completed the cap replacement of the B-15N amp this weekend. BTW the amp matched the 1968 schematic. Also - changed the diode and caps on the board (but they seemed ok). It’s closed up now and doing fine. Still a little noise on channel 2 but nothing bad at normal volumes (if I get ambitious...

Tested the p resistors in circuit and they read ok.

PS I thought channel 2 sounded a little better than 1 (more natural) w music playing the B15; similar tone and volume setting. Best “music” tone interestingly was with both ultra low and high engaged in the normal channel on both 1 and 2.

There is a diode tester on the multimeter. Without power on the amp, the diode reads 0 or .5V depending on which direction I have the tester leads. The 0.513v read was with the black lead at the ->| end of the diode. I will likely replace it either way.
