I have a Squier Jazz bass and I use DR High-Beam strings, or even the bootsy collins ones (when i have more money). The sound I get from these is fantastic, the slap and pop feel, a nice bend in the strings, and extremely comfortable on the fingers. I love DR ~Damien :bassist:

hey everyone, I have a fender modified jazz bass; sweat beads that ran off my face and onto the magnets on the pick ups during shows caused tiny rust spots to appear. There are 2 seymour duncan pickups on the bass. Does this make a huge difference in the quality of sound now? Should the...
