I know, I had high hopes after reading all the responses from Larry in various threads. I was amazed that they wouldn't give a suggestion.

Finally received an email today that the speaker I need is no longer made, and the new 12" does not fit the cab. They had no suggested replacement. Moving on from hartke. Maybe markbass.

Update: Still haven't received anything from Samson Tech other than "We've opened a ticket". This is day six. I threw a celestion 8 ohm speaker in it and will use it for practice only. Moving on from Hartke. Shopping now.

I got no response from a text to that number.

The speaker is a 6 ohm. I'm looking at an 8 ohm replacement, which I believe will just reduce my output, although I'm no electrical whizz. Hopefully it can at least get me thru the week or two until I can get the correct speaker.

Old thread, but same problem. Love my kickback 12 but having a hard time getting a timely speaker replacement. Called 5 times, opened a ticket online and made a parts department email inquiry. Can't get thru. The HS1200 has served me well, but gotta find something quick or I'll have to lug the...
