Are the silver Dingwall AB1 bridge saddle screws for string action adjustment metric (millimeter) or imperial (inch) screws? Measured in millimeter, the thread diameter of the screw is 3.5 mm. Could it be a metric M3.5 screw?

I thought so too, but some say that the material and construction of the neck and the overall bass also play a role in how good a B-string is on basses with the same scale lenght.

That's amazing. It's relatively rare that the B-string of a 34" bass doesn't cause any problems due to the low string tension. Does the B-string perhaps work better with fretless basses in general?
