Hi Guys does anyone know if Fender Jazz Bridge Covers (Ashtray) always had the F Stamped on them ????????? I have seen some with and some without and wondered if this was because of the year the bass was made ???. Regards David.

Hi Guys I bought a Ashdown Mag 300 and found it great until I realised that it only gave me 200watts with the Standard Blue 8 ohms speaker, you need to add a 8 ohms extension cab to get 300watts out of it, I have just replaced the 8 ohms speaker with a 4 ohms speaker and what a difference...

Hi I use Flatwounds on a Precision Bass, and on a Fretless Guild, I also play Double Bass, I use a pick (not on the Double Bass) and the sound is great very distinctive but so nice.

Apparently they have a Jazz pickup as well as the PB one,
