    AriaPro`s were great basses in 80˙s - as Eilif said - produced in Matsumoku factory that was probably the best guitar OEM manufacturer in Japan (Fender, Gibson, most notably Epiphone, AriaPro II, Westone, etc.). More info Matsumoku - Wikipedia I have just bought one AriaProII SB-1000 (1983)...
