Here's what I received from GK. I always maxed out my Master Volumes to get a cleaner sound on bass & guitar amps both tube or solid state. I guess is was wrong!? The 12 o'clock setting is just a setting that is not going to limit volume and not so high that it increases the amps noise floor...

Is it safe to use the GK MB150E-III combo as a backup for a GK 1001RB-II into an older rectangular GK NEO 212, this with the internal speaker of the MB150E-III turned off? AND, if so, since the speakon on the 1001RB-II won't accept a 1/4" cable, how do I remove the plug from the NEO cab's 1/4"...

Has anyone here ever shipped, or looked into shipping, a 1966 Portaflex? I'm curious about packing and cost. I doubt I'll EVER find a buyer locally. Thx.
