Yes the stock speaker for the Rumble 100 is 12".

I calculated the internal CF as 1.584 (this is net of the amp enclosure inside the main box - is that the correct way to do it?) The ports are 2.75" ID. The FS per the spec sheet for the Dayton PA310-8 appears to be 39Hz.

I have Rumble 40 and Rumble 100 combos. I've replaced the speaker in the 40 with a Dayton PA255-8, inspired by a post by AstroSonic, and I think it sounds great. I've replaced the Rumble 100 speaker with an Eminence S2010 mounted on an adapter board. But I prefer the tone I'm getting with...

So here's another cool possibility Mission Engineering 529 | Sweetwater has them for $149, which is too rich for me, but I would love to have one of these to work off a battery pack.

This may seem complicated, but my approach is going to be to use a standard battery pack charger with 3 USB ports (RAVPower 22,000mAh,) a couple of 5v USB to 9v 2.1mm converter cables, and a couple of polarity reverse adapters...
