Traditional Christmas Songs uses alot tension you will see lot of those "/". I find those songs are much more difficult play- DeanBassistTx

I find that if you play the A# and guitarist play the F#. The bass note adds the tension in the chords. There is songs that wants a bit of tension, to give a certain feel.- DeanBassistTx

I normally play the bottom note but i would walk up or down to the top note. Those notes with / in a transition. On a keyboard I would my right hand stays at E and my left hand moves.- DeanBassistTx

I just withdraw my worship team due to issues from getting setlist 2 hours before the service, muting my monitor during services. I been faithful investing my time working on songs, opened my busy schedule to practice, worship leader wont commit.- DeanBassistTx
