Foxxe P bass. I bought it at a pawnshop in San Francisco for $90. The pick ups didnt work so I installed Seymour Duncan Hots and it has a Leo Quan Badass II bridge now as well. I dig it, its my punk bass.

Haha! I hear ya! Thats what I was almost thinking. Maybe I shouldnt over think this and just let the kid jam all he wants on the bass. This kid has something I dont and Im truly stoked for him. All the other advice will probably come in handy later on, tho. Cheers!

Ok got it. I will be looking into getting one of those headphone amps AND I might be selling my mint-condition Zoom B2. Or maybe I'll just keep it, Im sure it will be put to good use in a band situation, recording or gigging. Thanks for all the kickass info!!

The website is down and I couldnt find that amp on amazon. That sounds like a good idea tho if I can get my hands on one relatively cheap. Can I use the Zoom with that? Im asking because I shelled out some dough on this Zoom and I want to get my moneys worth. I dont just want to get another...
