    I've already read this on MTB's website and it's too vague. I want to know specifically about the series which the sellers called "American series" with MEC- pickups. I asked the sellers, and they didn't know much either. Thanks for replying!

    I recently bought a Tobias "American" Bass with the serial number 3710. The seller said it was produced in France. Does this ring a bell for anyone here? I don't find any information regarding this bass anywhere....
