Tobias growler owner serial database

Those who have a tobias if you know, please post the serial and year of the bass. This can solve some problems of dating some basses.
For what I´ve found

0-2044 are pre-gibson
3000 year??
4000 are aprox year 1994-1995
5000 are aprox year 1996-1997
6000 are aprox year 1998-1999
7000 ????
8000 ????
9000 ????
10000 are aprox 2004-2005

Give your serial and year so we can make a better estimation.

Hey; i know this is a very old post but just in case my serial # is 6325. any info would be appreciated. all i really know about this bass is that it sounds and feels amazing. it was a gift from a friend who gave up playing and didn't need the money. i have played this bass in the studio and on stage and no matter what i ask of it it always delivers. all that being said i would like all the additional info i can get on it. thanks.

The first Tobias bolt on was the killerB. There are no pre-Gibson Growlers. Killer-B s/n systems are totally different from Growlers. The Killer-B s/n's run 01001012 ( 001 to 010 is the run number and 01012 is a date code for, in this case January 1st, 1992 ) .

i've got a lacewood killer b, serial number 6328 (dangerously close to someone else's 6325, small world). i always thought it was around '98, but it seems perhaps not? another post said the serial numbers are 001-010 and a date, but mine doesn't seem to subscribe to that.

I have a swamp ash Killer B 6, #7904. I don't know the exact year, I'm the second owner. I've always assumed late 90's, I bought it in 2000 and it was immaculate. Not so much anymore, I've played at least 1000 shows on it since then

I recently bought a Tobias "American" Bass with the serial number 3710. The seller said it was produced in France. Does this ring a bell for anyone here? I don't find any information regarding this bass anywhere....

Ok I just got my first Tobias bass. I would really like to learn more about it. First off it is a 5 string, Has active bartolini pickups. I cant seem to find any others online that look like it. serial number is in the 4000 range and says made in korea. It is not stamped into the wood like some of the others are. Is there anyway of finding out what the model is? Any help would be great.

I have a Killer B Serial #2350. Almost MINT. Absolutely love it. Mother of pearl Tobias logo. Horns are more squared than rounded. Plays awesome.

I think it was one of the first Gibsons?!?
