I ordered mine on October 2nd and received it on November 17th. I emailed them twice during processing, once after the initial deadline date from website and received email promptly and they threw in free set of knobs. Second email was couple weeks later and they told me they would be shipping...

When you are in passive mode does only the first two knobs do anything? So the last three knobs are only working when in active mode?

Did you figure out how to change knobs?

I received my alder V7 5ST Antique White and want to replace the knobs, but am scared to try to pull off the black plastic ones from posts I've read that when others tried they pulled the entire pot out with the knob. Any suggestions on how to replace these? I see set screws for the 2 lower...
