    Is heavy weight training healthy?

    I do a short and specific non bulking daily routine balanced with daily cycling and 3 times a week running.... I've had the back surgery ( rugby) and this keeps me feeling great ( I'm 55).. Though when I play double bass the crouching can give me a wee ache...

    How far do you travel for band rehearsals?

    Around 1 hour for me...I cycle home from work (17kms) pack up the gear.... Have a quick glass of hot Java juice and drive for an hour.... Cause it's rush hour.....

    I have used and loved the old SVT with the 810 cab... Im now using a GK RB700 210 combo that I suppliment with either a GK neo 115 or a GK neo 210..... massive power tone and it covers me for small and large gigs...using my 6 string, fretless or even double bass.... Im a GK enthusiast now...

    Gallien Krueger NEO Questions.

    hi.... i use a 700rb 210 in conjunction with either a NEO 115 or a NEO 210..... absolutely superb! 6 string bass...fretless bass and even double bass. the 210 combo and the 115 NEO is especially wonderful!

    I'm loving my GK setup!! I use the 700RB 210 either on its own or when required with either a 115 NEO or a 210 NEO and its phenomenal!!! It gives delicious sound to my 6 string, my fretless and my double bass..... a huge fan and supporter. Way to go Mr Gallien and team!!

    Hi....new here.... Im using a 700RB 210 combo and supplimenting with NEO 115 or Neo 210.... Im so so happy with the tone and power im able to get.....totally sold on GK....love my rig!
