Yesss! I also downgraded the firmware to v1.2.7 and then again to v1.9 and now everything works! Thanks @JKOSS!!! Haven't tried to record with it though, but I have an Apogee Jam+ for that. This thing is a real winner! :-)

What I wanted to ask earlyer... After the firmware updater is finished, the left green light starts to blink. What should you do at that point???

Did it happen after updating firmware as in my case?

I did use the physical switches also of course. Nothing worked on the IR part.

:-( Recieved mine yesterday. Did a quick listen through my bass amp and everything worked including IR. Then connected to my macmini (late 2012) running Mojave to update firmware en download the desktop software. From that point on everything worked with the software but IR was gone!?? Strange...

Glockenklang solved the problem for me. There was only one real problem with the amp, and that was the gain knob wich was faulty. After they recieved my amp they did the repair within 24 hours and send it back that same day. So thats great service!!! Below this I will post the replies from Helge...

Hi Foderaman, yeah, that is one of the strange things, but what I actually meant was, when you use the normal input at the front and the gain is completely turned off, there is still a lot of signal coming through! Do you experience this?
