Actually the Diagram did not help. I found it earlier but it differs from the actual routing of the bass, as i stated in the question. Already the fact that the jack on the diagram is a 3 Tip Jack and not a 4 Tip barrel Jack makes a big difference. Additionally there are actually 4 (!) cables...

bump I still couldnt figure it out ... dont have another functioning bass here right now. Kind of an emergency ;)
